Senior Manager - Integrations and Carve-Outs

As a Senior Manager Integrations and Divestitures, you will lead end-to-end carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and divestiture projects across Europe. You will define integration strategies, oversee system separations, and ensure seamless migration of business processes and data. Working closely with our network of EU-based technology partners, you will align technical execution with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes such as cost synergies, operational efficiency, and compliance.

• Have a proven track record in leading complex carve-outs, integrations, or divestitures (e.g., M&A integrations, system separations, or business unit divestitures).
• Have experience in leading cross-functional teams through all phases of carve-outs, integrations, or divestitures (planning, execution, and post-deal optimization).
• Have a background in managing stakeholder expectations in high-stakes, time-sensitive projects.
• Want to go beyond strategy and consulting: tangible results matter to you.
• Are certified as PMP, Prince2 or Agile Project Manager.
